The Imposter

Author: Suzanne Woods Fisher

Paperback: 320 Pages

Series: The Bishop’s Family (Book 1)

Publisher: Revell (October 6, 2015)

Blurb:

A heart once deceived should not be easily fooled again . . . Katrina Stoltzfus thought she had life and love all figured out: she was going to marry John and live happily ever after. But as her plans crumble before her eyes, she struggles to face an uncertain future. When a widow asks for help starting a new business, Katrina quickly agrees. She needs time to heal her broken heart, to untangle her messy life, to find a purpose. What she doesn’t need is attention from Andy Miller, a farmhand who arrives at the widow’s farm just when help is most needed–and who always seems to say the right thing and be in the right place, at the right time. Is Andy for real or too good to be true? She’s been deceived once before, and she isn’t planning on experiencing it again.

My Review:

Suzanne Woods Fisher’s new book, “The Imposter” is a book to love! Not surprise for anyone who may love her books since they are all very well written and researched. There are also plenty of surprises so this novel doesn’t fall into the typical and predictable Amish story. For those of you that this may concern this novel does deal with an out-of-wedlock pregnancy. I defiantly recommend this book to any and all who love a great Amish novel. Even if you don’t usually like Amish novels this would be a great novel to begin that love! This novel might surprise you and you may find yourself sitting on the edge of your seat while reading it. While feeling like your right there with the characters; experiencing what they do and feeling what they are feeling.

Disclosure:

I received this book free from the publisher through the Revell bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
