Posted on

As most of you know on June 1st I left my house very early in the morning with my very dear forever friend. She sacrificed her morning to drive me to the Atlanta airport so that I could board a plane that would take me to Houston, TX.

I have now been here in Houston, TX for six days!

My first few days here in Texas consisted of orientating ourselves into what our lives would be like at the Missions Centers of Houston, TX.

I got to learn how to drive the van and I discovered that it was a lot easier then I thought it was going to be! So, Yay me!

I also found out that personality wise I am an otter and a golden retriever.

Prayer Requests

Please add each person and each center to your prayer list as we reach and love everyone who comes to the centers and those that we meet outside of these centers!

Pray for this changing city as new homes go up and the poverty are pushed from the homes that they knew.

Pray for how this will affect these centers and the families they minister to.

Pray about child Abuse. In 2014 Texas had 151 child Deaths and 66,572 confirmed victims of abuse/neglect
